Not many people would think of opening a new restaurant in the midst of a pandemic, but for the Ward Giles family the lockdown presented an unmissable opportunity to do something together.
The result of months of behind the scenes work is Nine Restaurant and Bar – a chic venue offering a unique style and class of food for the local area, combining classic French inspiration with modern English techniques, flavour and texture combinations.
THE BAR
Nine Restaurant and Bar offers delicious barista-made coffee (roasted by Bad Hand Coffee Roasters) and a whole array of soft drinks, as well as a carefully chosen range of wines selected to complement diners’ meals.
There’s also a carefully curated list of spirits and cocktails, as well as bottled beers from Dorset’s Piddle Brewery which should collectively quench the thirst of diners and drinkers alike.
